These terms apply to your use of this website and to the information it provides about Suncoast Property Care LLC. Your actual services are governed by the written service agreement you sign with us.
This website is provided for general information. We may update its content, services and pricing at any time. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that every detail is complete or current.
Home watch is a visual, non-invasive inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. It is not a licensed home inspection, a structural or roof inspection, or an insurance inspection. The exact scope, schedule and price of your service are set out in your service agreement.
Prices shown on this website are indicative and are confirmed in writing before your service begins. We may adjust rates as we refine our service, and any change is shared at least 30 days in advance. Outside vendor costs are passed through at the amount billed, with receipts, plus a separately stated coordination fee.
We keep a careful watch, but we cannot guarantee that every issue will be found or that damage will be prevented. Our reports are visual property records. They are not licensed inspections and do not guarantee insurance coverage or claim approval. For damage or a claim, you should contact your insurer.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your service agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
