Maarten is the owner-operator. He lives in Cape Coral, a short drive from most of the homes we watch, and he still does inspections himself.
The rest of the visits are done by the trained local team around him. They work to the same inspection standard and report in the same format, so your file reads the same no matter who was there.
The team grows as the client base grows. That is deliberate, because the standard has to hold as more homes come on.
Only authorized Suncoast Property Care team members enter your home. No outside inspector is handed a key and a checklist.
You know which authorized team member is coming, and the report names that person after the visit. Every visit is logged with geolocation, so the record shows where and when the inspection took place.
We hold access for the visits we carry out for you, and for nothing else. Key management as a stand-alone service is not part of what we offer.
A house in Southwest Florida keeps working when nobody is in it. Humidity builds up, seals give out, a supply line starts to drip, a pool pump quits.
Most of that is small in week one and costly by week six. An owner in another time zone has no way to tell the two apart.

Home Watch is defined as a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues. We keep it that way on purpose.
A company that inspects, repairs, cleans and rents out the same house has a reason to find work. We would rather keep the inspection separate from the invoice.
When a job needs a licensed pro, we find one, bring you the quote and coordinate the visit. You approve it before anything starts.
Suncoast Home Watch reports are visual property records. They are not licensed home inspections or insurance inspections and do not guarantee coverage or claim approval.
