As-needed is a flexible, secondary option. It suits owners who only want the occasional visit. It is a planned service, not an on-call or emergency one, so we agree a little notice up front.

What we check at your home

A requested visit follows the same full inspection as our recurring plans, visual and non-invasive. Here is what we look at.

No. The $25 monthly standby keeps your profile, access and history ready. Visits are billed per visit.

We agree a minimum notice up front. As-needed is a planned service, not an on-call or same-day one.

No. We are not a 24/7 or emergency service. If you want set eyes on your home, weekly or bi-weekly is a better fit.

Yes. Storm monitoring and a priority check before and after an announced storm are included for all active clients, including as-needed.

These are our current rates. Standby is $25 a month. A visit starts at $60 for a condo or townhome and $70 for a single-family home. Larger homes and estates start from $85 and are confirmed after a short property review. See the pricing page for the full table.
