What you receive

What a home watch report actually shows

A Suncoast Property Care report lists every check from the standard inspection and marks each one as normal or needing attention. It records the date and time of the visit, who completed it, the interior temperature and humidity, and it adds photos and notes wherever something is worth seeing. You receive it after every completed visit, without having to ask. The same inspection applies on weekly, bi-weekly and as-needed visits, so the report looks the same whichever schedule you choose.

Why it matters

Proof, not a promise

Most home watch companies tell you they visited. This is how you see it. Every report carries the date and time, the name of the person who did the visit, and the readings we took while we were inside.

Your reports and follow-up actions come together in one owner dashboard, which is being finalized. Until then every visit is already documented through our structured reporting system.

  • Dated and timestamped, so you know when we were there
  • Shows who completed the visit, by name
  • Logged with geolocation as proof it happened on site
  • Photos of anything that needs your attention
  • Interior temperature and humidity recorded as numbers
  • The same inspection standard on every plan

Good to know

About the report, answered

After every completed visit. You do not have to ask for it, and it arrives whether we found something or not. A visit where everything is normal still gets a full report.

Yes. There is one inspection standard. Weekly, bi-weekly and as-needed visits all follow the same checklist and produce the same report. Only how often we come is different.

It is flagged in the report with photos and a short note on what we saw and what we would do. We contact you with the options and only move forward once you approve. If an outside vendor is needed, their invoice is passed through at the amount they billed.

Owners often keep the reports as documentation that the home was inspected regularly while they were away. It is not a licensed inspection and we cannot speak for your policy, so ask your insurer what it requires from you during an extended absence.

No. This page shows the report format with example findings and placeholders instead of photos, so you can see the structure without looking at someone else’s home. Your own report contains real photos of your property.
