How it works

From first hello to every visit

Getting started is simple, and it stays simple. Here is exactly how it works, from your first message to an ongoing rhythm that flexes with your year.

Step by step

Seven simple steps

01

Tell us about your home, and pick a time

Leave your details and choose a slot that suits you. Nothing is agreed yet, and there is no obligation.

02

Maarten comes and looks at the home

Every home is different, so a price given over email is a guess, and guesses get corrected later. He walks the home with you and asks how you use it. We block 90 minutes so nobody is rushed, and often it takes less.

03

You get the plan and the price in writing

Weekly, bi-weekly or as-needed, what it costs, and the reasoning next to the number. You decide once you have seen it on paper.

04

Access and onboarding

We set up access, key or code handling, and your owner dashboard. Only authorized Suncoast team members get access to your home, and you say who that is.

05

Your first visit

Your first full inspection, usually within the week, so you know exactly where things stand from day one.

06

A photo report after every visit

Dated photos with the location, by email and in your dashboard. Any company can email you a checklist. You get to see the house itself.

07

Pause, switch or renew

Pause while you are in town, switch to weekly for storm season, or continue month to month. Your plan flexes with your year.

After every visit

You always know how it is doing

A photo report lands in your inbox after each visit, dated and with the location, so you can see the house itself rather than take our word for it.

Your owner dashboard opens in January 2027 and will bring it all together in one place. Until then it reaches you by email, and nothing waits for the dashboard.

Getting started, answered

There is more in the owner questions we get most.

Leave a few details through the quote form and pick a time. Maarten comes by, looks at the home with you, and afterwards you get the plan and the price in writing. No obligation.

Because every home is different. A pool, a dock, a large yard, how the place is used, all of it changes the work. A number given over email is a guess, and guesses get corrected later. Looking first means the price we give you is the price that holds.

We block 90 minutes so nobody is rushed, and often it takes less. You do not need to prepare anything.

Usually within the week once access is arranged. Your first full inspection sets the baseline.

A key or entry code, handled securely. Only authorized Suncoast team members access your home, you say who that is, and every report shows who visited.

Yes. Pause while you are in town, switch between weekly and bi-weekly, or move to as-needed. After the initial six-month term it is month to month.

A photo report by email, dated, with the location and the name of the person who did the visit. Everything is also stored in your owner dashboard, which opens in January 2027.
