Bi-weekly home watch in Southwest Florida
Why bi-weekly

The same standard, just every two weeks

Bi-weekly visits are not a lighter version of home watch. Every visit is the same full inspection. The only difference is how often we come, which suits homes that do not need weekly eyes or owners away for shorter periods. You can compare the plans side by side.

One visit every two weeks

A planned inspection on a fixed two-week rhythm you can rely on.

The full inspection, every time

The same nine-point check as our weekly service, never a shorter list.

Easy to switch

Move to weekly during hurricane season or a longer trip, whenever you want.

Photo report every visit

A documented report by email, stored in your owner dashboard.

Every visit, the same standard

What we check at your home

Every completed visit follows the same full inspection, visual and non-invasive. Here is what we look at, every single time.
